Clarity PPM is an enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software that enables organizations to plan, manage, and monitor multiple projects from a centralized platform. It provides project managers and business leaders with the tools needed to oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and overall portfolio performance while supporting informed decision-making. In this module, students will be introduced to the core features and functionality of Clarity PPM, including project management, resource planning, timesheets, roadmaps, portfolio management, and reporting. Microsoft Project is a professional project management software used to plan, schedule, and track projects of all sizes.
